The pure tones create soothing vibrations that calm the nervous system, promote deep relaxation, release tension, clear mental fog, and support better sleep and mindfulness.
Learn techniques to align chakras, restore energy flow, and balance the biofield, empowering you to set intentions, release emotions, and soothe the body gently.
You will learn about the different types of crystal bowls that are available. Experience the different tones and how you react to them and practice techniques on how to play.
What to bring: If you already have a crystal bowl go ahead and bring it. If not, there will be plenty of options to practice with.
